Review on Autowit Humidifier High Efficiency Composite Ultrasonic by Jacolbe Mind

I really hate this air purifier. It looks good enough, but it can't hold a charge. For example, no longer than a few minutes at the beginning. For the first week of ownership it turns off as soon as I unplug it from the charger. The bottom part, which is supposed to hold the filter, keeps popping out for no apparent reason, so the filter just crashes when you try to use it. The air cleaner does not fit in any of the three sizes of cup holders that my car has. When I try to use an adapter that attaches to the bottom to mount smaller cup holders, not only is it too small to be safe, but because the adapter has virtually no weight, it's now too heavy and tipping around. That's all it takes to jump out of the base, drive the car around, and throw the filter somewhere where neither can be reached while driving. It's no better at home or anywhere else because while I don't need to have a cup holder and can keep it plugged in (though that's against the purpose of a portable device), it still detaches from the base. It's practically useless. The engine seems to run fine and is probably filtering the air, but who knows? I can't use it long enough to notice a difference, even in the small space of my car. And the indicator, which is said to turn red, orange, or green depending on air quality, changes color, but apparently randomly. . When I first get in the car it starts glowing green, and then for no apparent reason (the windows are open, no outside air getting into the car) it turns red after a while. When operating in a confined space, the air either becomes less clean or the display (like the rest of the construction) is defective. In fact, every function of this device is broken at some level. All the reasons anyone could have a portable, car-ready air purifier become null and void with this thing. For such a price for such a small device I expected much, much better. I bought black/silver. save your money It's garbage. This is probably the most negative review I have ever written.
