Review on 🔮 ReversiStab Futuro: Optimal Support for Moderately Stabilizing the Future by Jeremy Carpenter

These photos show the product as received. As you can see the box is damaged, taped top and bottom, the spacer inside is NOT the spacer shown in the photo. These braces do not fit in the box they came in and require tape to close. It looks like a returned item as there is a black mark on the bottom and the box is torn and dented. Looks like it's an old box with another spacer stuffed into it. I was expecting it to be a new item and nowhere was it mentioned that it had been returned or used etc. The company requested photos which I sent 3 times, one came back due to file size and the other two seem to have gone through to be, but still no solution to it. My next step is to seek satisfaction through my credit card company. ADDITIONAL AFTER THIS POST: This company refunded my money in response to my third email to them. They have asked me to remove this review but I think it should remain as is because this is the product they sent out. I appreciate the refund but will be careful when ordering from them in the future. Many Thanks.
