Review on Holley Electric Marine Fuel Pump RED HOL-712-801-1 by Santiago Serrano

This marine pump works great. I have used one pump to fuel two 331 Imperial Hemi Marine engines with two single barrel carburetors. It provides enough fuel for both engines without creating too much pressure around the floats and flooding the engines. I always start the starboard engine first, so I install an oil pressure switch on that engine for failsafety. The move to an electric pump has made starting the engines easier as they don't have to lap the starters until the bowls are full if the engines haven't started for a while as the tanks are 40 feet in front of the engines. This is a US Coast Guard approved device and has been very reliable to date.
