Don't use the corkscrew to remove the foil on top of cork.

Customer service was very good. They immediately replaced it after I stupidly broke it by misusing it to scrape off the foil atop the cork. Don't use it that way and it should last a long time. Only use it straight up and down to pull the cork.

The wing corkscrew might be difficult to clean
