It is very easy to use, it has multiple accounts features which makes keeping track of my businesses finances so much easier than with paper records alone! I can't think about any downsides at this time as we have not had issues using their services yet; however if they were ever needed our IT Department would be happy to help you set up an account for free in order no charge us or take over payments from them. As mentioned above there are many benefits of having one place where everything regarding bookkeeping (both personal & business) goes into once database instead of doing two separate things each day/week etc.; also being able to share documents such as invoices via email easily without needing access through other programs too helps out big-time when trying to manage more then 1 person's books / financial reports within just myself!!
