When it arrived, I was very excited. I wanted to repaint. I did the shibori technique, dipped it in diluted bleach and waited. Nothing, well. So I added more bleach and waited. Nothing. Then I thought, and knowing that silk is a protein I decided to try hair bleach. Hair is also a protein. Nothing happened with any of the bleaches I used. This is NOT 100% Mulberry Silk as advertised. This is a soft, shiny scarf, but you get what you pay for.
