Inexpensive, effective, eye-friendly migraine glasses

After suffering from chronic migraines for more than 10 years, I finally got them under control. However, I recently returned to school with a 100% online program. One day my migraines came back with a vengeance. I ordered the Audrey Terramed glasses in the hope that they would help as I will be doing most of my reading and coursework behind a digital screen. I've been wearing glasses for a few weeks. I wanted to spend more time with them to make a clearer and more thorough assessment. The glasses helped immediately. I noticed that the screen brightness dropped drastically with no text distortion. Eye strain stopped when I put on my glasses after not wearing them for several minutes. And they actually helped an oncoming migraine that turned into a full blown migraine when I put them on. Now I try to remember to put them on before I go to work. These particular glasses are small and probably won't fit a man's face. They are very light and thin, so that apart from the pink-orange color they are hardly noticeable. (Very similar to the night screens on your devices.) They're not polarized, so these glasses will glare like a TV when looking at distant screens, but that's not harmful. I recommend using them more for close-up work, e.g. B. at the desk or when reading on digital devices, as they help to better emphasize text. They are also good at filtering out the fluorescent light from above at home or at work. I don't know how other migraine glasses work as this is my first pair of glasses so I don't have much to offer. But I am happy with this product and pleasantly surprised at how well they work and the price is affordable. I would recommend these glasses to anyone who suffers from migraines or wants to protect their eyes.
