Dangerous. Do not use.

Not only did this not work, it also gave me sunburn-like spots under my eyes. I used exactly as intended. As you can see in the photo. It didn't do anything about the actual puffiness under my eyes, but it did do everything under that red, like a sunburn. I'm glad I tested them before going out. I would like a full refund please.
