The reporting is great, you can create dashboards easily for your own needs or send it out as an executive summary/report internally within our organization without having someone else involved in creating them! Reporting could be more flexible so that we don't have too many manual steps needed when pulling data into tables etc - but this isn´t something I would say has been resolved since my experience was limited by time (at least at first). Great tool if used correctly & utilized properly to help improve overall governance / control over internal processes. We've found several instances where non-compliance issues were discovered due to being able to track through their system better than before.
