Definitely non-stick
Easy to use, well made, but NOT non-stick. I'm 0/2 and am trying to make an egg in one of them now. If you lift the mold, the egg white will stick to the mold, causing your perfectly round egg to fall apart. I'll have to try the butter next time, although I really didn't want to do that extra step with every egg.
