Review on 🌿 Krista's Natural Products Organic Peppermint Toothpaste - 75 g (2.6 oz) by Shannon Myers

I have been using natural toothpaste for 5-7 years. We have made everything from store bought Toms, Desert Essence, Jason, Neem to EcoDent powders to making our own etc. Pros: 1.) I LOVE the savory jar. 2.) The toothpaste appears to be of good quality. I really appreciate that it contains no artificial sweeteners and the ingredients are simple! 3.) Teeth are clean. 4.) I ordered mint flavor. use, I can not get used to it. I'm editing my review to reflect this. 2.) After a few months of use, my teeth became incredibly painfully sensitive. I've never experienced this with toothpaste so I shared it with a family member thinking it was just me. The same happened to them. 3.) It's too abrasive. 4.) We can no longer use this product, which significantly changes my perception of this product. Krista needs to make some adjustments in my opinion. Summary: If you're new to organic or more natural toothpastes, Krista's Natural will definitely make it harder to get started (which I don't recommend). Somewhat shocking is the lack of the typical sweetness (I personally don't like it) that is standard in most toothpastes of all varieties. The sweet factor is something I think we should ditch toothpastes for entirely, and while Krista did, they missed the mark elsewhere. The bitter taste is something I don't find positive about this toothpaste and I would now say it is off-putting, along with an increased sensitivity. *** PLEASE NOTE: I had to edit my review to reflect what became a major issue for me after a few months of use. I've marked them in the "Cons" section. That was enough for me, so I took the time to change my rating. So I don't think of them as small or insignificant.
