Poor build quality.
The reader is working properly. I like the USB pass-through as my laptop only has 2 USB ports. However, the build quality is pretty bad. The "metal" case is really just a thin plate glued to a plastic case. It dropped just a few weeks after I bought it and I can't find it. Not worth the money I paid for it. Hoping for a refund or exchange.
