It is important to know that they tear as soon as you put the shoes on for the first time. The pull tab/section broke as soon as my son tried to tighten the straps/laces. Now the shoes don't tighten properly which means the shoes don't fit/work properly. The most frustrating part of the whole thing was that we waited to use them until our holiday started so not only did they break during the holiday leaving my son without sandals but when we came back 3 days ago we missed out the return". We were stuck in broken sandals and full cover. There is no way to contact the company so I can't even ask for an exchange. I wouldn't recommend the shoes or the company at the moment. It unless by some miracle I can find information about their customer service and get proper help.Save time and money
