Good grill pan: kitchen & food
This grill pan is for frying bacon in the oven. I use it for roasting on another grill or reheating food in the oven. My favorite way to cook bacon is in the oven on a Pyrex pan. When frying, I remove the grate and replace it with either just aluminum foil or a regular grate, since the grate that comes with the pan has some kind of coating. for baking bacon, so I don't use what the manufacturer recommends.
