Great for keto baking

I baked keto egg cheese muffins and they came out clean. No more cleaning metal cupcake liners! I sprayed half with cooking spray and left half without to see if there was a difference. Both sides came out clean, making them safe to use without non-stick spray. They don't brown/crisp as much as the metal muffin tin version, but they were still fluffy and tasty, so it's worth the compromise.
