Bought a chair for my 12 year old to improve his Xbox One gaming experience. I was surprised that the chair is as comfortable as just a chair for watching TV. Even I can sit in it (I'm 6ft 1in). My call was with instructions on how to set up the audio. The provided diagrams were not necessarily clear. and the site needs updating. I tried all other options but nothing worked. The chair should have digital audio inputs for a future update. So far no issues with the quality of materials and stitching on the chair as mentioned in other posts.
