I wasn't sure. I already have another Teturbeda, but similar. I have severe arthritis in my left hand and have to carry this almost all the time. It seems to work. It's pretty stable and a lot lighter than what my doctor gave me. I will buy again if I ever need a new one. UPDATE: Velcro is already out of service. I have contacted the company to see what can be done. Quick reply and working on getting another one.
