Let's start with the good: I have to say I really liked the taste! I read a lot of reviews from people who didn't, but it almost reminds me of a delicious margarita. Not Good: This product made my urine bleed. Within a week of starting taking it, I noticed blood. I went to my doctor and she advised me to stop taking it and when the bleeding stops to wait two weeks and try again. There was no more blood in the urine 2-3 days after the end of the blood intake. Fast forward two weeks later I started again on 1/2 dose and actually enough. blood in the urine again. My doctor advised me to stop taking it (and I didn't like it either). She said it had a negative effect on my kidneys. Unfortunately I can't return the product as I haven't used it for almost a month after purchasing it and after my trial and error the return period has expired.
