Review on Monroe 5778 OESpectrum Passenger Absorber by Chris Quinto

Does not absorb shock as expected. They're just as weak as the ones I replaced. And the originals were completely shot. They had over 100,000 miles on the odometer. I was really expecting a harder ride, not the very soft ride that feels like the old 100,000 mile rides. This is the first time I've replaced shock absorbers and haven't felt a difference. It continues through January 27, 2021. I brought the car into the shop and while it was in the air we inspected the car for wear or defects. At the same time, he pointed out that I had to replace the rear shock absorbers. I told him I only changed them six months ago. He showed me where one of them was leaking oil and that if I change one I have to trade two of them for a better brand. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with Monroe, also the seller's warranty seems a bit awkward. I will never think of Monroe again.
