As an employee at Costco I love shelf bucks because it helps our team see how well we are doing with storewide programing throughout each week as compared between stores using different products (shelling) or categories within food groups/stores(products). It is also great for measuring your success by comparing previous weeks data vs current time frame! This tool has helped me better know my staffs performance over past times periods when they were not working together or had no idea what was going across their area which made tracking difficult until now!! Nothing yet but this system will help us be more organized throughout all warehouses around US. Great job so far. ! We have been able use other tools like inventory count sheets etc.. But these problems where solved easily once i started implementing sheeelf buck usage here.
