$8 for this set might seem like a bargain if the pens don't dry out or if the colors don't look the same. I got this for a small project to soften the pink accents of a beach bag print so I didn't need a lot of paint. After a short application the brown was dry; I am a craftsman and diligently renew my markers/paints. Light pens (purple, blue, and green) look like their darker versions. Yellow, navy, red, purple, and green are great. Orange is good too, but it comes out neon (had to mute it). The packaging is suitable for single use. The ends feel good and hold up well.
