My retriever had a large mass removed from his torso which resulted in a large incision. To keep fluid from pooling in the area and her and my other dog from licking discharge, the vet recommended a worry jacket that offers adjustable compression and protection. The design is perfect for this purpose. I used the size chart that came with it and it fits very well. The only thing that worries me is that the material hangs through the hole in one valve that you feed the other valve through. I use a piece of tape to close this gap. It doesn't seem to disturb the dense material when removed. I am very happy.
