This product did not suit us. It inflated nice and fast and seemed quite comfortable once we started using it. We read instructions to inflate it once and leave it on before inflating again. We also read reviews that said the knob should be left turned all the way to the right. Despite following these instructions, the air began to deflate and after two hours became too deflated to be used. We both actually rolled over each other and almost to the ground. We blew it up in the middle of the night to find out if it was just our fault with the pen, but again it deflated. We couldn't sleep because it looks like it has some kind of hole where it drains. We can't understand what happened to it, so we assume it's defective.
