I anticipated that using MerryMakers' online store would be simple. After all, their website advertises a variety of fun toys and games for both kids and adults. The customer service agent I spoke with was rude and useless, declining to me a refund or exchange. My experience with MerryMakers' online store was, in short, a complete nightmare. I regret ever doing business with this company because of their badly designed website, expensive shipping costs, and subpar goods. To anyone looking for a dependable and pleasurable internet purchasing experience, I would not suggest MerryMakers.
