Shopping with MerryMakers Online Store is a Nightmare

I anticipated that using MerryMakers' online store would be simple. After all, their website advertises a variety of fun toys and games for both kids and adults. Sadly, my shopping trip ended up being a nightmare. The website was first awkward to use and poorly constructed. The search option was of little use to me because I was having trouble finding the things I was looking for. Additionally, the website kept crashing, making it difficult for me to finish my order. When I was finally able to place my order, I was horrified to learn that the shipping charge was astronomical. Given the size and weight of the items I had ordered, I had anticipated a reasonable rate, but MerryMakers charged me an arm and a leg. Even worse, my order came considerably later than I had anticipated. I was surprised to see the low quality of the things when I opened the package. The plush toys didn't resemble the adorable images on the internet, and the stuffed animals weren't stitched well. I was ignored when I complained about my dissatisfaction to customer support. The customer service agent I spoke with was rude and useless, declining to me a refund or exchange. My experience with MerryMakers' online store was, in short, a complete nightmare. I regret ever doing business with this company because of their badly designed website, expensive shipping costs, and subpar goods. To anyone looking for a dependable and pleasurable internet purchasing experience, I would not suggest MerryMakers.
