Very good, remember to calibrate before use.
But the thermometer is fine. Required calibration before use. I tested it before calibrating and boiling distilled water which showed 214.3Β°F. Since I accept or reject a mixture of raw meat and eggs based on this thermometer, that's bad. After calibration according to the instructions, everything works perfectly.
