Not exactly 13 " in my review
I bought this for my Breville Oven, which takes a 13" diameter "pizza pan". This pan is 13" not counting the raised edge, which adds at least 1/2 inch to it. That makes it too big for my oven. If I see a measurement, I consider it "outside" measure, edge to edge.
Pros
- WORKS GREAT ON PIZZA OR BISCUITS.
Cons
- The pan is not durable and can easily warp when exposed to high temperatures, rendering it useless
