I love that this platform has so many different ways for clients to communicate with their team members, as well as being able to send files in addition of just conversations! It allows me to have open communication between my customers and myself through email or text messages but also having an actual face-to-face conversation if needed at any time during business hours (which can sometimes be hard when you're working from home). This helps build trust within our relationship since we are not limited by emails only which often turn into misunderstandings due too lack of proper written language skills/communication abilities.
