Review on Infinity REF1000S Shallow Mount Subwoofer by Crystal Spicer

This speaker gives my Jeep TJ the necessary sound power. The speaker is unobtrusive, so I was a bit skeptical. I couldn't find a matching box for the speaker, but the specs included parts for three boxes. I chose the sealed box because it takes up less space. I built it to the specified specs and gave it more power than suggested. This works very well. It has both the deep base I was looking for and dynamic range that also boosts midrange that 4-inch speakers just didn't have. Smart Amplifier Kicker 500 watts At 2/3 the volume it makes a great sound. I can turn up the volume, but that's not necessary even at highway speed and in a convertible.
