This is a great little and great value pump. UNLESS YOU USE THE SMALL SMALL GAUGE TUBE that comes with it. I replaced both of the hoses that came with them with 1/2 inch id heavy wall vinyl hoses. My engine has service hoses that connect to drain plugs. 6 1/2 gallons pumped out in minutes. to the engine. I tried a small 1/8"+ ID hose - not even full. Was close to throwing it out. But the right hoses and fittings and a small, inexpensive pump that's easy to clean works like a Champion Glad I saved the money and just went to this guy.
