Update: The seller read my review. I really love what this scale has to offer and now the excellent customer service too. After reading my review, the seller contacted me and offered possible solutions to my problems with the scale. I've already looked at all the topics they suggested to solve the problem. That does not work. I received a new scale from the seller with instructions to dispose of the old defective scale. So now I have a new scale to start the second round of the diet. What more could you ask for a seller to endorse their product. Old Scales: I thought I would like these scales as they give so much information. This part of the scale and the applications are great. I also bought a scale because I started a new diet that was supposed to track gradual weight loss to a tenth of a pound daily. This scale claims to do it, but it doesn't register weight loss until I've lost at least 0.8 pounds. This is not what I expected or wanted from this scale. I don't think I would recommend it to anyone looking to start a diet.
