As people say; No problems, no bleeding and no infections as long as you follow the directions and clean the area 3 times a day. The earring does not come off as I feared and does not stick to the hair. Car! This is my second time with this set. Used it 3 months ago when I pierced my partners ears. This time it came with instructions including how long you must wear the "training" stud earrings before you can exchange them for other earrings. Also, how long did you have to disinfect after the piercing? This time we didn't receive any instructions for use of the product and when I assembled it it didn't fall apart like it should. Plastic stuck to the hairpin and the backing would not detach. Worst of all, the misfire caused movement and the hole was too low. Luckily, my wife wasn't startled and pushed the earring through her earlobe in the right place by hand. This time this product gets one star. My wife gets 5.
