Review on Swanstone VT1B2225 050 Ellipse Surface Single Bowl by Solomon Baron

I am a contractor and have used Schwanenstein worktops in the past. However, you need to know their characteristics. Their tops are matte, not glossy, which is my preference. Minor scratches can be sanded down. BUT. We recently bought a corner mounted worktop with side spray for a customer. Swan is currently unable to generate direct side spray. I bought two and received three replacements from Swan, all of which were curved - meaning the mudguard is not flat, if you lay the mudguard face up on a flat surface the center of the side mudguard will curve almost 1/ 4 inches up. Of the 5 splashes I received, the best only had an 1/8" arch. Interestingly, I accidentally bought a 19" awning for the same job, and when I took the side fender out of the box, it had it too same nose.against the wall so side spray not required.I would rate the product 4 stars.Avoid this product if you need to install side spray.Condition is virtually impossible.
