Beautiful, comfortable and almost perfect. A glass jar is much more comfortable to use than a metal jar. You can see the water heating up and bubbling. The colors also make it easy and pleasant to know what temperature the water will be. When you touch the buttons or put the jug back on the plate, it tells you what temperature the water is, which is handy for knowing whether you need to heat it up or not. It has all the important temperatures for white, green, black tea, warm drinking water and hot boiling water for sanitation. The only problem I have is a very flimsy lid and poor lid design. Water can easily get into the back of the flip cover and not come out. The only way is to turn it upside down and shake it. The lid is also not very strong and it seems that it stops working very quickly. I hope it lasts but I don't feel like it will last very long. So far so good, but I'm not sure. The glass would be nice if it was double-layered so you don't run the risk of accidentally burning yourself if you touch the pan, but most water heaters don't have this. Well worth upgrading my previous cheap $20 to multiple temps. I just wish the lid was better and the jar double layered.
