They do the job, but the bracket that attaches them to the radio is PLASTIC! We bought these because my fleet of radios is very busy and the clips break often and at $15 a piece for Kenwood that gets expensive. I was hoping to save a few bucks but was disappointed that the part we break often was made of a weaker material than the ones we break often. Most of them went in the bin and we didn't use them after the first two broke on first use.
