Unreliable adapter ruins data transfer
As my tests showed this adapter often fails to read or copy files from CompactFlash cards. The build quality feels flimsy and it is difficult to insert and remove cards. The only upside is its small size, but that is not enough to justify the frustration and lost data..
- Allows old laptops with PCMCIA slots to read and write data to CF cards.
- Requires a laptop with a PCMCIA slot, which limits compatibility with newer laptops that do not have them.
