Give it a try! for my opinion
I have poor posture from sitting at the desk all day at work with frequent tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back from hunched posture. Decided to give this product a try. Don’t expect this product to be a miracle worker. It will NOT replace seeing a chiropractor, PT, etc. But with that said, I own two of these. It certainly helps with stretching and relieving tension in my neck in between chiropractic sessions. It is worth giving a try for those with mild/moderate pain.
- Can be used to warm up muscles before exercise
- Device may not be suitable for those with certain dietary or lifestyle habits
