Soft, silky, no tangles but thin ends. I have mostly fine hair and my hair ends are naturally thinner so I figured one pack would do, but it's a lot thinner than I expected. Can order other packaging. I'm a landscape designer and have worn them to work and they have held up better than the extensions I bought for over $200
