Ordered this case in black and received it in purple. Before receiving the case, customer service reaches out and lets you know that things happen during shipping and if anything is broken, please contact them so they can get it addressed ASAP. Contacted them in regards to the wrong color and after sending pictures as proof, they shipped me a new one, which got to me 2 days later.Upon opening the new box, it was indeed black, and there was a ton more to the case than the original one I purchased. Seems like not only did I get the wrong color, but the lens protector, moist towelette, dry cloth, etc. were all missing. Not sure if it was a QC or revain issue originally, but I'm happy with the outcome and the case itself. It is extremely responsive and protects everything on my phone.
