Didn't work: Masks

The mask is filled with a substance that freezes a lot - so hard that it was inflexible and defeated the purpose of resting it on the face. When it was soft enough to wear, the cold had only lasted a few minutes. It arrived quickly and they were willing to refund if it didn't meet my expectations.
