The heel came off and ripped

These are great shoes except the heels came off the sole and I have big holes in the back. They still look brand new and are barely working to keep them from falling apart. You're worth it if you get a pair that isn't faulty but looks like I've been burned. I will probably return to Sperrys for a pair of canvas shoes.
