Review on ECP Grip Tech Dressage White by Dino Burks

I liked the idea of stickiness plus the ability to withstand a concussion while riding. Did the product make it? It happened! Now for the bad: I bought these instead of another brand/competitor to save money. It was a bad idea. After 15 rides the block fell apart. The foam came off in the cantela area and somehow a horrible hole formed in it. See photos. I'm not picky about my oven mitt, I even keep it in my locker after every ride. Stored on suitable supports and not on the floor or any other place where an angry animal could gnaw it. My other pads, like the expensive Mattes, are decades old, worn hundreds of times and hand washed; even my cheap sp/dover brand gets strong after 5-6 years. Unfortunately this patch does not exist. I recommend spending the extra money and buying a competitor's product, which I will do now.
