Good size. I ordered this baby pillow for myself as I was injured in a weird car accident and my neck has been a big problem for a year. Wash the pillowcase as recommended and put it in the dryer. Everything went well. Also, as they say, wash the pillow in both the washing machine and dryer. Before washing I noticed that some of the ropes are attached but well made. comes in a nice box and the pillow is in a plastic bag that has been vacuumed out of the air. After opening, the pillow needs a few minutes to expand. I shook it. The size is good, it can also be used in car trips for a child or an adult, and does not take up much space. I guess since he said it was cotton I was expecting a softer pillow and the pillow should be stuffed with cotton but it isn't, the filling is polyester fiber! It's not soft and comfortable like I expected. There is a kapok baby pillow which is lovely but it's nowhere near! Although the price of kapok is about double or more. I think any child would love a pillow this size just the way they have it. Made in China.
