This is a very strong tablet mount and this is the main reason why it is chosen over the others. It is similar to the mounts often used in kiosks with an anti-theft strap. Not sure how a strap would help in this case as someone could just take the mount with them if they have access to a car. Probably so that the passenger does not grab and run away. Installation isn't easy and I wish they had included hardware for different car setups. It seems to have been built for a specific type of vehicle. However, once installed, it becomes the perfect companion for Waze.
