Good product, had a little problem but in the end it works as it should. The 1st board was poorly packaged, Revain sent the 2nd back in one day. I take my hat off to Revain. Let me tell you a story with a bad ending. I bought another motherboard from another well-known online store. xxxxxxx. The payment arrived broken. I tried to send it back and a reputable online retailer told me I need to contact the OEM to get it fixed. So, the famous store took my money and that's it. NO HELP from them. The OEM made me pay over $50.00 for a return shipping fee. It's a kicker that the OEM only works with its customers via automated text messages over the web or email. It took me a few days to figure out how to get a refund. It's been weeks and I still haven't gotten it back. moral of the story! Buy Gigabyte products first, they work fine. Second, you buy PRIME from Revain so if you have any problems you can return it and get another in no time. Thanks Revane, you definitely won my business for my next PC build.
