Instructions don't tell you exactly how to set it up for your child or to allow both parents to see at least one child. It just shows you how to set it up yourself. I was frustrated because it was too confusing, but customer service is via email and you will get an answer. There is no better device in terms of value for money. The device really works. I also found out that you don't need a subscription to use it. The tracker comes with a range of accessories for easy use. Also, the functionality would be better with a video showing how to set it up properly to track your kid and not yourself. All you need to know is that you have created an account for yourself. The device is an added member that you nominate for your child. I used a picture of a backpack with my child's name on it. I can now track my child and turn on location services to see my location relative to my child's. It's so easy once you know how to set it up. The device is of excellent quality and discreet depending on how you attach it. Don't let your frustration get the better of you with this great device. Accurate locations with different map views and fun icons! Lots of easy-to-use features. Get it while it lasts!
