I ordered this bra in a 3XL after reading the reviews. Just for reference I am a 40D. With that in mind this bra just barely fit comfortably. It is almost at the edge of being too small. These are not US sizes, I believe these are Asian sizes so just be aware you will have to go up about two sizes bigger than you normally would maybe even three. I normally wear a XL. I haven't worked out in it yet but just from trying it on I would say it is probably not going to work for high impact sports or activities unless you have a smaller bust area.maybe.but hey I won't know until I try it. I may update my review after trying to do a workout in it. It's super cute so for anyone smaller than a 40D and anyone who wears a size smaller than an XL this bra would be perfect for you.
