I was a bit skeptical at first as the portable fans used AA batteries and didn't last that long. Let's meet these USB charging fans and I'm a fan of them! First, this fan came pre-charged, so it was nice to be able to test it right away without having to charge it. There are 3 settings: low, medium and high. Even the low frequencies feel a bit powerful, so imagine high settings. They are also light. It has a small piece of rubber on the bottom to allow it to stand up without slipping and the back of the grille has a slight modification in design so it can be laid on its side if desired. The only bad thing is that you can only attach it with the handle on the right (but does it matter?). When the summer gets hotter, this fan really helps. I liked it so much I had to buy a few more for my elderly relatives.
