Potentially hazardous item for babies

The bassinet itself is a good item but the zipped mesh inside the bassinet is potentially hazardous for babies. We used the bassinet with mesh a lot for our newborn, but the thin plastic support pieces (shown in the photo) tore through the fabric and started protruding into the bassinet where our newborn was sleeping. I would not purchase this item because of the dangerous flimsy plastic supports that can tear through the mesh and potentially injure the baby in the pelvis.
