🧳 Primo Cocoon Grey Travel Bassinet with Bag: Perfectly Portable for Indoor & Outdoor Use Review

I am very happy with this purchase! We are very active people and needed something versatile to travel with. It works perfectly. The cover was very easy to assemble. It comes with a travel bag that comes in handy when you're on the go. Toddlers love dokatot deluxe+ the most and it fits PERFECTLY! Will use this all the time!

My baby is 10 months old and has slept in it since birth. It will soon be too long! It's perfect for bed and I'm glad I have it. A few things could be improved: the mattress could be a bit firmer and the mattress cover needs to be removed for washing. I ended up cutting the fabric to wash, which actually worked. The firmness of the mattress wasn't an issue, but sometimes I notice it sagging.

The bassinet itself is a good item but the zipped mesh inside the bassinet is potentially hazardous for babies. We used the bassinet with mesh a lot for our newborn, but the thin plastic support pieces (shown in the photo) tore through the fabric and started protruding into the bassinet where our newborn was sleeping. I would not purchase this item because of the dangerous flimsy plastic supports that can tear through the mesh and potentially injure the baby in the pelvis.

I bought this specifically for the lid because I was afraid my cats would try to get into the bassinet with the baby. I had to buy another mattress to put on it as the one supplied was hardly a mattress. Sometimes when I put it in there the frame cracks and wakes it up. The lid is thin and already broken. I want to start by saying that's what I used on a 14.2 lb baby. After just a month of use, this thing started falling apart completely. We use it for travel and for moderate use around the home. The bassinet base is great but the lid is a safety nightmare. As for the cradle itself: the cradle is easy to assemble/disassemble and is solid. It has a mesh panel for adequate airflow, which is great, but there is a 4 inch high canvas around the perimeter at my baby's face level, and I've seen her curl up to the edge and her face against the panel more than once pressed.
