Review on Pacsafe 10250705 Prosafe 800 Silver: Enhanced SEO-friendly Product Name by Cathy Donaldson

I purchased this 3 disc combination cable lock from Pacsafe on February 9th to use on my April trip. I opened the package today to install the combo while preparing for the trip. The lock and cord seem solid and well made, but I couldn't open the lock to reset the combination and several people tried to help me, but it wouldn't open. I'm very unhappy because the lock cost more than $25 and I couldn't return it after March 11th. I've learned my lesson. Once I get something I have to use it to make sure it works and doesn't need to be returned. I also learned to stop buying Pacsafe products. Now I will buy a padlock locally and make sure it works before leaving the store. I am very dissatisfied with this procedure. The castle deserves zero stars.
